Portable documentation?

I didn't know where to post this but is there any chance there could be downloads for offline use of the tutorial/quick reference? Being able to keep those on a usb stick alongside Regnus would be pretty convenient.

Re: Ideas and discussion for Regnus 5.5

It would be a lot quicker (not to mention far less error prone) to be able to make one group with present tense, and be able to modify the verbs for other tenses at runtime. Similar to how ~ works. It would be great, but the big problem with this is that English doesn't just have the same kind of c...

Re: Ideas and discussion for Regnus 5.5

The inline group idea made me think of something. Can #/ exclude multiple things, or is it limited to just one exclude?

verb tenses - worth adding new rtc?

I wasn't sure if this would be better here or in the 5.5 discussion thread. With almost every script I've encountered this problem. But recently I've been working a script that has verbs up to wazoo in all three tenses. This is just a small sample: GROUP AffectVerbCr ENTRY crack ENTRY crack-up ENTRY...

Re: Ideas and discussion for Regnus 5.5

It sounds like the processing overhead would be much greater for () as it is used much more often than {} in any script. That by itself might make me lean towards {} but then I thought of something else. It could also be hard to spot inline used in a large script, if () were used. I'm not sure if it...

Re: Ideas and discussion for Regnus 5.5

I believe you meant point 2 got further consideration, not 3 As the whole point of inline groups is to avoid having to make tiny one-time-use groups, it would make sense to be able to weight there too. Otherwise any time weighting would have been needed someone would pretty much have to make a separ...

Re: Ideas and discussion for Regnus 5.5

It seemed like this would be better as a separate post. This part about Draft stood out: Another important consideration regarding this proposed functionality is that it would almost certainly add additional loading time to scripts which don't even use drafting, and would add a level of complexity t...

Re: Ideas and discussion for Regnus 5.5

That's strange. I had that set but never received emails for the march or april posts in this thread despite being subscribed to it (which is why I didn't know 5.4 was out until yesterday). I did receive an email because of your response today though so it seems to be working right again. Actually, ...

Re: Ideas and discussion for Regnus 5.5

First a quick suggestion. The new ways to capitalize are very good but one thing's still missing. A title case option to allow for grammatically correct capitalization of books and such. Something else I've wanted for a while was a way to underweight an entry. Occasionally I come across a situation ...
