The Regnus Parser for Windows allows you to generate text from Regnus scripts on your local Windows machine. It is a small, simple-to-use application with a clean, standard interface, and includes a variety of useful features for script authors and end users alike:

Note: the Regnus Parser for Windows is based on the Regnus Parser for VB6, and as such currently does not support UTF-8 character sets, so if you need to use exotic characters in your scripts, you may be better off using the Regnus Parser for Java.
